FOUNDING, LAUNCHING AND BRANDING A MAGAZINE

Restless Magazine was a labour of love and a passion project I founded and edited with a business partner and friend. As women, we both felt we were often pigeonholed by the media, forced to choose between ‘serious’ political content and lighter topics like beauty and fashion. Why couldn’t we have both in one platform? And so Restless Magazine was born. We built the brand from the ground up, working with a designer to create our logo, website and online films for Instagram. Bold, bright and a little bit outspoken, we gathered a brilliant team of talented writers and commissioned content that was engaging, inspiring and relatable.
